When sewing our own lingerie, we often come across fit issues.
This may especially be the case when fitting vintage-style bras. While these sorts of bras (and all of the bras by Mrs. Depew Vintage) use your full over-bust measurement for sizing instead of cups, many of these bras will still be an approximate B cup.
Here is some help from a 1950’s era lingerie design textbook to help you adjust your pattern if you feel there isn’t enough room for the girls.
